Roger Nelson got into running at the age of 26 when he decided that he needed to make some life changes, and replaced other less-healthy habits with running. After seeing a human interest story on Bryant McKinley, an 80-year-old blind runner who was in need of a guide, Roger decided that it might be time he did something for someone else. Roger has worked in media for forty years, and finds that running helps him work though the stress of work. He has done thirty-three marathons since the age of 26- three of them Boston.
